A recent look back at the Fairhope AL homes sales over a 3 month selling period from September 1, 2011-November 30, 2011 reveals the following data:
- A Total of 107 Single Family Homes Sold.
- Average Sales Price was $222,837
- Average Days on Market was 174
- Slightly More 3 Bedroom Homes Sold than 4 Bedrooms.
Of all of the homes that sold, the Top Selling Price Ranges were:
- 19 homes sold in the $120,000-$139,999 range.
- 14 homes sold in the $200,000-$249,999 range.
- 14 homes sold in the $250,000-$299,999 range.
- 13 homes sold in the $300,000-$399,999 range.
Total dollar volume came to $23,092,920. Financing was involved in 69 sales, while 36 were cash, and 2 sales were considered other or vendor's lien deed.
These numbers do not include condos or land/lot sales.
